Hello everyone. I'm so excited for Thanksgiving weekend. Quality time with the family. I get to eat everything without feeling guilty and most importantly, more sleep. Yesterday, the hubster & I tackled cleaning the abode and did some last minute food shopping in preparation for Thanksgiving. Time consuming, exhausting, but totally worth it. A good friend, who's also a veteran will be home for a visit & I can't wait to catch up. So, what are your plans for Thanksgiving? Staying at home or traveling to see family?
Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Hello pretty girl!
No worries on not commenting so much :) Life happens and work can swallow up your spare time. I know all too well what that's like. I was so ahead of schedule on my blogging but now I'm far behind. Where does the time go?
Anyway, this outfit is darling. I was actually thinking of wearing my polka dot dress in a few days. So this totally reminds me of it (it's also red w/white polka dots...funny coincidence). But yours is much prettier :)
Did you have a good T day? I hope you did. Mine was wonderful. I love Thanksgiving.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend, Sole Sista! I'll be back on my blogging/commenting game on Monday.

PS. I forgot to answer your question...
No, those are not prayer beads :) But that sounds lovely. I have my own version to what you're describing I think. I've got rosaries. I was raised Catholic and I still am (although I disagree with a lot of hypocrisy that exists in church, but whatever).
Anyway, it's just a bracelet my boyfriend bought me when he went to Hawaii. It's made out of jasper seeds and an abalone shell. I really like it :) Thanks for noticing!
Good night lol!

I love the combination of the sweet neckline and polkadot pattern with your patent mary-janes. You look great!

Hi girls! Hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving weekend.
@Kimberlee - these were taken at a tow yard in Hastings. Its perfect location, no one is ever around.
@Yajaira - the shoes are from Steve Madden. I bought them in Union Square - Saks off 5th Ave store for $50.
@Jenn - My mom trained me in heels since I was 5 - that's the answer to how I can walk in heels :) Practice practice practice. Pageant mom's I tell yah lol
Can you guys believe the dress is from Forever 21 & it was only $20. Aaaah F21, how I love thee :)
i have a skirt that is similar to your dress :)))) you look lovely
